Floating Terrazzo Top Table

This table is made of three distinctly different materials: Concrete for the top, Red Oak legs, and a steel structure holding all the components in the right positions.  
         
  It's hard to say where the inspiration for this piece came from. Some of it just evolved. The legs were split out of an oak log and shaped with a hatchet, chainsaw and sanding disks.
